In The Pink TCI 2019 Event An Epic Success

Saturday, October 12, 2019 will go down in history as an EPIC success for the eleventh annual In The Pink event in service of raising funds for TCI’s Cancer Society. Over a thousand people showed up at The Palms to support this wonderful and inspiring event – and over $70,000 raised for this amazing cause.
The gala hosts a mega-shopping frenzy where the Palms transforms entire rooms and suites into a shoppers dream come true offering incredible deals on new and gently used designer clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories as well as jewelry and other fabulous offerings. Many of the rooms offered signature cocktails and champagne as well as delicious gourmet treats. The entire property was buzzing with excitement, laughter and fun as guests wandered from room to room and throughout the property to see all of the wonderful offerings and grab the best deals early. There were also dozens of generous silent auction items as well as incredible raffle prizes worth thousands of dollars!
Once the shopping was complete, the crowds transitioned into the courtyard, which was magically transformed into a stunning and lavish pink fantasyland. Prime DJ was absolutely crushing the entertainment vibe; the dance floor was at full capacity and the surrounding crowd happily dancing to the beat as well. Guests played full out dressing in fashion showing off every shade of pink possible.
The charming volunteer bartenders kept the concoctions pouring all evening as the guests mingled, partied, laughed and took endless Instagram selfies using #inthepinktci. You can view all the event photos we collected in one place – our Facebook Photo Album.
Throughout the rest of the courtyard featured beautiful floral and art creations, a sip and paint area and plenty of room to lounge and socialize.
The second floor of the main building was the location of the sold out Pink Poker Tournament sponsored by Casablanca Casino and observation deck overlooking the festivities.
Just a few steps away, the back garden courtyard served up a wide variety of delicious gourmet cuisine to tantalize every palate.
All in all, the gala easily held up its reputation as the biggest event in the TCI. The best part of all was people coming together to love and support each other as a whole and especially those whose lives are impacted by cancer.
