“With a heartfelt passion for hospitality and over 30 years of experience in creating unforgettable guest experiences, I am excited to step into my new role as General Manager of The Shore Club. Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading teams at renowned resorts and hotels – these experiences have shaped not only my approach to service and operations but also my belief in the power of genuine human connection. I believe in building teams that thrive together. A happy, motivated and empowered team naturally delivers the kind of warm, thoughtful service that stays with the guest long after they leave.
For me, the soul of hospitality lies in people. My leadership style is personal and present- you’ll often find me in the operation, working side by side with department heads, chatting with guest and making sure every detail reflects the care and quality The Shore Club is known for.”
